ORA-32701: Possible hangs up to hang ID=66 detected

hi all!

we are running Oracle 11g RAC release 2 (11.2.0.3) with two nodes cluster running RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.5, Yesterday evening we suddenly encountered application session disconnection on our ADC production application servers. In cluster nodes  alerts we found the error
ORA-32701: Possible hangs up to hang ID=66 detected
and both nodes were not giving session to clients. after hard rebooting both nodes the cluster services and database are up.

and after this error we faced below error on both nodes
PMON failed to acquire latch, see PMON dump
