How can we see the fields like Severity and Escalation in View Service Request in Oracle iSupport?

Hi,When a SR is created in Oracle iSupport, we are not able to see the fields like Severity, Escalation Status, the Name of the person to whom the request is assigned, etc.
Please suggest how to get these details.
