Unable to open WebLogic console

Hi,
We are unable to open WebLogic Console after starting the server successfully on Linux machine.

When I tried to open WebLogic console, getting the below error message in the browser.

http://10.156.66.120:7003/console


The connection has timed out
      
          The server at 10.156.66.120 is taking too long to respond.
