Need to Cancel the PO in 'IN Progress' Status

 Hello All,
I have Purchase Order in 'In Progess' Status.The Buyer who created Purchase Order and the approver of this Buyer are in 'In Active' status.

Let me know how to cancel this PO.

Please Advice.
