Error at OEM for the targets discovering and at resynchronization

Hi,

Please help me with the following error.

Agent Operation completed with errors. For those targets that could not be saved, please go to the target's monitoring configuration page to save them. All other targets have been saved successfully. Agent has not been unblocked. 
 
 1) Internal Repository Error Message: SQLException occured while marking this agent's availability as unknown | Exception: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EMD_MAINTENANCE", line 3430 ORA-06512: at line 1
2) Error saving target <host_name>:3872:oracle_emd - Can't add target, broken reason=No such metadata
3) Error saving collections for target <host_name>:3872:oracle_emd - No Such Target
