Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Gurus

Whats the steps involved in depot repair to execute the below scenario

customer returns the item A ( Serial # 123) for repair

Mfg comp receives the item

ships the item B (serial # 456) as replacement ( not item A with serial 456)

what type of repair type best suits for this scenario and what would be the impact on IB for these items.
