this machine cannot boot using GPT

  Dear All,
  Trying to install Oracle Linux Release 5 Update 5 for x86_64 (64 bit) on IBM X3400 M3. The following error raised:
   Your boot partition is on a disk using GPT partitionning scheme but this machine cannot boot using GPT

   How to solve this issue.
