The Connection Between Database Targets and LAST_COLLECTED Column in MOS

Hi There,
There are instances when Database Targets go 'stale' in MOS which affects the LAST_COLLECTED date column.  We have complied some logical steps showing how these Database targets are actually getting populated in MOS and what can happen if something goes wrong.
