time change -- need to bounce database? and listeners?

We are running 11.2.0.3 on rhel linux 5 servers...in the past we always bounced the server....when the time change happened...as a pre-caution....since we have moved to new servers and upgraded to 11.2.0.3 is there any need to reboot server or bounce db's and listeners?  Does anyone else do this?
