Executing ER in columns

ER logic has been added to P4210 (grid column) to execute when 'changed and exited'.  Currently, when the "Tab" key is used to exit the field the ER logic will run and results are what is expected; when the mouse is used to exit the field by "clicking" on an another/adjacent field, the ER logic does not execute.

Is there something that should be done in the application, web server, or IE Explorer settings that will enable pointer clicks to function similar to the "Tab" key?  is there an issue with the Tools release?

Testing is being performed with the same application changes coming from E1 8.0 release where the ER is executed regardless of the method of grid movement.
