FDM to HFM data load errors

Hello,
We are a 11.1.2.0 EPM/HFM/FDM environment. When loading data via FDM to HFM we have one record that is failing. On some occasions the file will kick out and write a .err file and in the FDMLoad.err file it shows there were data load errors, which is fine, other times we see this message:
