Scheduled "Oracle-Suggested Backup" shows status: Suspended on Agent Unreachable - RAC 11g

Good morning.
I have a question regarding RMAN backups scheduled through EM 11g for a two-node RAC.

Yesterday I scheduled an "Oracle-Suggested Backup" for today at 1:00 a.m through EM 11g.

Today I logued in to EM 11g and notice that according to EM the backup is active but it shows state: Suspended on Agent Unreachable


Then I search the internet for a possible cause and found an OTN post that said that the reason is that the agent is probably not running on one on the nodes.


Is that correct?

I ran command: emctl status agent on both nodes and this is the result I got:
