Adjust Price for ATO Configured Item ...

We are in Assemble to Order (ATO) environment in 11i. 

During Sales Order Entry user is selecting Model and all its options, using advanced configurator. After the selection user is running the Autocreate Configuration Item job, to get the configured item created. At this time we have Model with all its options and configured item on the sales order, with Entered status.

Prices are rolled up from Model and selected options and their individual discounts are applied, as applicable. This gives the "Line Amount" for the rolled up prices even though the price on configured item is 0.00. 

The issue that we are facing is that a lot times Salesperson has already negotiated the price for this configuration and they want to give that as the Final Price for the entire configuration. We are not able to use "New Price" modifier for the entire configuration and users do not want to calculate discounts for each option and then apply them individually.
