Hypo Tax Deduction

Hello:

I need to set up a deduction for Hypo Tax to cover an International Assignee with a Tax Equalized assignment. Does anyone use JDE for deducting Hypo tax? If so do you have any recommendations on how to set it up to insure proper taxation of earnings?
