How can I see counter Properties when doing a counter reading?

All,

I've created counters with properties, but when I do a reading the properties do not display. I cannot add the additional information I intended for the properties.

What am I missing? I've search for some missing setup but can't find anything.

Has anyone used properties and can list what needs to be done?
