EBS 11.5.9 Upgrade to 11.5.10.2 question

Hi,
Apps 11.5.9


We are planning on an upgrade of EBS 11.5.9 environment to 11.5.10.2. I have the following question on the upgrade process and would like to obtain clarity on it.

1) We would like to if there is a 11.5.10.2 software bundle that includes the following.
   
- ATG Rup 7
- JRE 7
- JDK 1.6
- Developer patchset 19
- Latest ias version.

Or do we need to perform the upgrade using the maintenance pack 3480000 and then upgrade all the components mentioned above.
