ACFS file systems do not auto mount post reboot (single node install)

 Hello,
We have a bunch of single node grid infrastructure installs in our environment. For the most part, they are running version 11.2.0.3.

They all get setup with ACFS filesystems for backup and couple of other mount points. These mount points then get added to the ACFS registry.

The issue we have is, the filesystems do not automatically mount post system reboot. I am not really sure if that is a bug or an incorrect setup on our end.

An example would be -

[adm:etadm:volmgmt:admin:opocdb52w153m3] etcmd -s acfsutil registry
Mount Object:
  Device: /dev/asm/pfile-490
  Mount Point: /etrade/poc/orapoc/dbs/OS1ASMD/admin/pfile
