Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Landed cost organization with expense destination

I am using LCM prereceiving in inv org A

as per oracle document the LCM is only for po with destination inventory

and also as per the note that I need to do LCM shipment for every PO

so I cannot create a PO for this inve org with destination expense?
