Problem while trying to impdp ...

 I did an expdp from rac 10g production env to be applied into dev env. single instance and it seems tha it cant be done, I was reading the doc. 1305166.1 which explain the reason why. is there any workaround to the problem?
Below is the errors I´m facing. Tks in advance.

Q:\>impdp GNSPS/GNSPS@geouat schemas=GNSPS directory=DMP dumpfile=GNSPS.dmp logfile=imp_GNSPS.log
