REPORTS: "Campaign Automation Email Statistics Report"

Hello,

In the report above, there are two columns of % data:

"% Delivered" and "Delivered Rate" also shown as a percentage.

In the report I'm looking at, the percentages are different against the same Program. What is the difference between these two percentages?
