Changing a proxy controller

edited Mar 6, 2013 10:20PM in Ops Center (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
Hi,

Environment

OS : Solaris

OPS : 11g

I have created another proxy controller on Solaris 10 successfully.

I was able to swap old proxy controller to new proxy controller with the command below.

#/opt/SUNWxvmoc/bin/agentadm configure -x NEW_PROXY -u OPS_ADMIN_USERNAME -p /var/tmp/mypasswd

This command seems to take long as it re-configures all things related to Agent Controller.

Is there any simple way to swap from old proxy controller to new one such as changing a environment file and then restart agentadm??

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Joseph
