Engineering Approval Notification not sending to approver ends error

 Hi Experts,    We are using 12.1.3,Engineering Approval Notification not sending to approver ends with error,find below error detail

Error Name  WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER [ 
 
Error Message  3120: Activity 'ECO_APP/232487' has no performer. [Error Process Error: 3114: Activity 'WFERROR/ENG_ERROR_PROCESS' is not a process.] 
 
Error Stack  Wf_Engine_Util.Notification_Send(ECO_APP, GR4-108-1, 232487, ECO_APP:STANDARD_APPROVAL_MESSAGE) Wf_Engine_Util.Notification(ECO_APP, GR4-108-1, 232487, RUN) [Error Process Error: Wf_Engine.CreateProcess(WFERROR, WF456, ENG_ERROR_PROCESS)] 
 
     Pls suggest me how to solve this.
