IR ISO Material Transactions Accounting

We are doing IR ISO cycle where IR is raised in INR and ISO is raised in USD. We want to understand the accounting entries created in Cost Management in IR ISO cycle to ensure there is no discrepancy due to currency changes. Please provide the accounting entries created in Cost Management.
