How to Know Correct Version

Hi,

I would just like to know how to correctly check the version for possible upgrade.

I was told by our DBA that we are using the following version in our database:

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
CORE     11.2.0.1.0             Production
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.1.0 – Production

But for our Applications we are using the following products:

Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Workspace 11.1.2.0.0.301

Hyperion Shared Services Console 11.1.2.0.73

Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management 11.1.2

Does this mean that for the applications, we can use up to version 11.2, since the server is using this version?
