PAY: Balance Transfers ?

Dear All

Please provide me the solution for my payroll issue,

I want to transfer the balance of the employee from one department from other department

For Example Employee working in HR Department and has loan balance of X amount and PF balanceof Y amount. Now he transfered to Finance department, I want to bring all his balance under finance head in payroll . Please guide me
