Are you new to Create Accounting and find it is not performing well?  Rest easy!  You are not alone.  Out of the box, Create Accounting may not perform optimally, and first runs can be more difficult.  This is particularly true for new installs of R12 and, thus, your first Create Accounting run is for an asset conversion.  Support gets a high number of Service Requests that report performance issues with Create Accounting – Assets from users who have just upgraded to R12, or who are newly implementing R12.
