Automatic Fleet Maintenance Effectivity Update

 Hello Guru's,
Can you please provide your advice on one of the requirements that i have?

Scenario is -
I have a service organization creating items regularly but in order to have the PM SR Generated, we need to add those items manually to Effectivity List of the PM Programs.
Is there a way to have those items added automatically?
