Withholding information is not defaulted to tax distributions

Hi all,

Withholding information is not defaulted to tax distributions & 'INCLUDE TAX AMOUNT' option for withholding calculation is not enabled in Payables options. To get the withholding information defaulted to tax distributions; we tested the patch 9117319:R12.AP.B successfully in TEST instacne and now need go ahead before applying in PROD instance. The version we are using is R12.1.2.
