Character set Conversion 'AR8ISO8859P6' to character set 'AL32UTF8' while applying Translation Synch

Troubleshooting NLS issues with Oracle Applications [ID 1478859.1]
Part "1. Invalid/junk characters"
        "If NLS patch was applied using an incorrect character set, the files on the APPL_TOP will be converted to a character set not compatible with the language.  "


I am also facing Character set conversion. Between 'AR8ISO8859P6' to character set 'AL32UTF8'. Lines from log file of translation sync patch log follows.

I was applying Translation Synchronization Patch and found following line in logfile of patch
Converting from character set 'AR8ISO8859P6' to character set 'AL32UTF8'.
