Enabeling matching attributes for sales leads does not make any difference

Hi,

I have enabled lead channel under leads matching attribute, but when I go to define or update existing territoy, I do not see that under additional matching attributes region

We are on R12.1.3

Do I need to run some process too?

I already have ran STAR program.
