How to capture the Item Carrier Costs?

Dear Experts,

We are at R.12.1.3 and using average costing method. Now requirement is that when ever we deliver a item ZZZZ with cost of 100 in subinventory AA. Now we want to transfer that Item ZZZZ from subinventory AA to subinventory BB and also want to include the carrier/transport cost for that item with cost 20. Now the total cost of the item will be 120 in subinventory BB. How this thing can be achieved?
