i use "arraybind" then i have problem performance and i would improve it

hello,
     i use "arraybind" then i have problem performance and i would improve it
     My database is in version 11.2.0.1. and i use arraybind for inserts several million records with the parameters at the end of this message :
I show you the report next and statspack report to show you the the times responses.

I suppose i have to execute : insert /* append */ my_table and create my table with option nologging to improve it but what i could do it still for improve my performance ?

What do you think ?
