Sales Update Issue with India Localisation

Hi

I am working on E1 8.12. I am facing a weired issue. When I run sales update with India Localisation activated, only PDF gets generated. But there is no update to the sales order nor any accounting entries in GL. Also there is no error message in workcenter. However if i deactivate India Localisation, update happens perfectly. Please advise what needs to be checked to resolve the issue.
