Promotional Modifiers conditional

Hi,

I have create script for promotional modifier which add free item on book event.

Now my problem is that I import orders from external system and on these imported orders I dont want to apply promtiom(get 1 free as it is already there).

Is there a way i can restrict with criteria that dont apply modifier on certain type?
