Upgrading 12c OMS 12.1.0.1.0 to 12.1.0.2

Hi,
My current 12c OMS is running on 12.1.0.1.0 and I want to upgrade this to latest version.Need input on below questions:

1. First I need to upgrade to 12.1.0.2.0 and then apply PSU Patch Patch 14840279 on top of that to upgrade my oms to 12.1.0.2.1. Is that correct,will this bring my OMS to latest patchset?

2. Upgrading to 12.1.0.2.1 will also apply the latest plug-in to my OMS, I have following plug-ins installed on my OMS:
