Is EBS iSupport still the recommended portal for customer SR creation?

My client is interested in a web portal that will allow customrs to place service requests that are integrated with EBS Service applications.  We have started looking at iSupport as a possibility but its features do not meet all of their requirements.  For example, they would like to allow their customers to pinpoint an incident location on a map.  They have shown me an iSupport implementation done by City of Dublin (Ireland) which has such a map.  The website for this site is http://www.dublincity.ie/YourCouncil/Pages/isupport.aspx. So I have two questions really.  1) Does anyone know of the Dublin City implementation of iSupport who could comment on the map integration and 2) Is is worth trying to modify iSupport for SR placement or does Oracle recommend some other applcaition to replace iSupport.
