                    I cannot find any documentation about the integration of Customer Library/Data Quality Management with service applications that can create customers and would like to know if service/crm type applications such as contact center are integrated with customer data quality management functionality.  The kind of integration I am asking about is whether the duplicate prevention functionality works when a customer is created from a service application.
