Does Siebel 8.1.1.9 support docking an Applet ?

Hi,

We are using 'Customer Dashboard' for the call agents to view caller and some other details related to the account so that they can view the details all the time while they navigate between the tabs. The 'Customer Dashboard' actually spans the space provided for the views and pushes applets further down that makes user to scroll to see the data they need.

The users are asking for a facility to dock this applet at any place on the screen so that they can effectively utilize the monitor size to view the data. Does Siebel provide this feature ? Is this available in Open UI as an out of box feature ? Are Siebel CRM Gadgets an option to achieve this ?
