PCI-X NIC for M4000?

 Hello,
I'm planning to install some M4000 servers split into LDOMs. I have 2 questions about the configuration. 
1) Is it possible to assign one on-board NIC to the second LDOM?
2) If  it's not possible does anyone know the model # of an Ethernet NIC that will fit the PCI-X slot? Keep in mind I'll have to jumpstart/network  install Solaris 10  through this card
I've seen one card that was PCI-X but it specifically stated that it will NOT work in M4000.

I imagine the server will look like this:

LDOM 0
Onboard NICs
Local Disk
PCIe 0 - HBA
PCIe 1 - HBA

LDOM 1
PCIe 2 - HBA
