Compensation Workbench Error when using "Select All" to print employee statements.

When using the "Select All' button to generate employee statements users are sometimes getting a generic error page.  I turned on diagnostics and one of the error messages is "You need to define a global grant for function <PQH_SS_GRP_PRINT_PG> instead of setting the context dependency field to NONE."  Has anyone encountered this error?  Do you have instructions for creating the grant as indicated in the error message?  I am new to Oracle HR and have not dealt with grants other than for AME.
