Creating User Account in CentralOffice with Minimal Role allows WebLogic Admin Console Access

 The default 'minimal role' only has access to Transaction Tracker and Customer, yet I am able to login to the WebLogic administration console with this user.  Is there a setting I am missing somewhere to manage access to the WebLogic administration console for the CentralOffice application?
