inventory adjustment with dollars, but no quantity

We moved inventory from one branch (at zero cost) to another branch with a standard cost. The item is in inventory subledger at cost. Then the standard was changed to zero in the GL but still shows in inventory subledget with a cost. Need to keep the unit the same, but reverse the cost. What transaction can be used ?
