New Ethnic Origin field in Discoverer

Can anyone tell me where I can find the new Ethnic Origin field in Discoverer?  Since changing to the new EIT due to the IPED and EEO, we need to start reporting from this new field rather the old field that was found in the employement tab on the People form. I can not find where this is located.  I can see the person extra information folder, but it doesn't look like data is current.  If anyone has idea, let me know.  I need for reporting.
