Problem displaying Jargon in french with a user profile LNGP = F

Hi, I did a setup up for Jagon to display in french and english. If my user profile is english LNGP = Blank my jargon is displaying correctly but when I logged by using a french user profile LNGP = F, the jargon is not displaying.See my attached file for more detail.
