Question on known issues with patch 13418800 R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5

Apps 12.1.3

Customer has the following question.
The current version is HR_PF.B.3. The patch 13418800 R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5  is about 300 M. Reviewed the MOS note "Known Issues on Top of Patch 13418800 - R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5 (HRMS 12.1 RUP5) [ID 1428906.1]".
Found that more than 50 patches need also to be applied on top of 13418800 R12.HR_PF.B.DELTA.5 to fix various issues.

note 1428906.1 lists issues with many different modules which may or may not be in use for this customer - Advanced benifits, IRECRUITMENT, CANADA LEGISLATION, Korea LEGISLATION etc.

I am sure they would need fixes for
