Cannot see Commission Lines after Closing a Period
After Closing a Compensation Period, when we go to Maintain Transactions screen, query a specific order transaction within the closed period, in the Transaction Detail page -> Commission Lines section no longer displays Plan Element, Commission Amount, Commission Rate, Transaction Status information. it seems the entire Commission Lines record gets filtered out.
But when that Compensation Period is set back to Open status, going back to Maintain Transactions screen and querying the same order number - now shows all the Commission Lines details as before.
Is this a normal behavior in OIC 12.1.3 that Commission Lines are filtered out based on Period Status. Can you please share your experiences. Thanks a lot for your time and help!!
