No Asset in Journal (Already run depreciation)

Hi All,
I have run the depreciation of Feb-13 (also close this period) but after running, there was no the concurrent of import journal.
Please see the attached screenshot "Concurrent Requests.jpg".
And I have check at the GL, there's no journal.
I have tried to import the journal but there's no Ledger in the List of Value (See the screenshot "Import Journal.jpg")
I'm working on R12.1.3
Could you please advise where can I check this problem?
