Web orders to Order management

We are on 11.5.10.2

We are having a issue with orders coming from WEB.

When we create a new ship to address the order is coming to OM but ATP is failing.

I want to study the code which is transfering the order from web to om oracle application.

I would like to know what API is involved and how i can access the same.
