List of patches to be installed on E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3

Hi,
We are setting up E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 at a customer.
We would like a list of patches to be installed on this instance in pre-requisite for any setting.
I know that there is a large number of patches to be applied but i was not able to find on your website a listing of it.
Can you please provide me with a list of patches to be applied to the standard modules AR, PO, Eproc, AP, FA, SLA, GL, OM and INV, ETAX ?
This list should be by functional module (those mentioned above) and diplay, wherever possible, a small description.
