Using form to upload a foracast .csv file

Foracast Upload in Material planner.


Using form to upload a .csv file

It creates a forecast _upload.csv file and its owner is database OS user and uploaded by user file like- MSTSS.csv contain Owner of application.

But the problem is that when User Upload a MSTSS.csv file in last file contain space. And uploaded fail.  How to control this in programming and I want to create a forecast _upload.csv in application OSUser
